Crystal and George are Engaged!

I absolutely love when couples want their engagement photos taken with their dogs. Why not??? They're part of the family, right?

Crystal and George plus Juno and Jackson met me at Sunnidale Park to do their engagement photos and it was hard not to fall in love with all four of them! The four legged ones were so full of energy, yet still looked right at me as I snapped away. They were naturals!

George was so doting on Crystal. He touched her hair, her face....just couldn't keep his eyes off her. It's the coolest when people wear their emotions on their face...especially when it's love.

For Crystal's part....she was this radiantly beautiful person who you immediately like because you can feel her sensitivity, kindness and caring personality. This is one lucky couple to have each other.

I am so excited for the emotion of your fall wedding! I'm sure we're going to get some amazing shots ...as long as you never stop looking at Crystal the way you did for me a few weeks ago.

Theresa and Brad Get Hitched....Farm style!

I wish I could post every single photo I took at Theresa and Brad's wedding. It was the most beautifully unique wedding I've ever been to.

It all took place at Theresa's parents' farm on Rainbow Valley Road near Elmvale. A horse-drawn wagon brought all the guests to a back hay field where pews of hay bales were lined before the rustic arbour. Gorgeous!

The reception was held in a barn. Yep...a barn! It was amazing! The lights, the corn field. Just gorgeous.

But the most gorgeous thing about the entire day was Theresa. She was happy, easy going and full of emotion. She cried through the ceremony....so did her Dad and her Husband! Ok, I did too.

Brad and Theresa have more than just love....they have a partnership. A friendship. They are truly a couple that is in tune with each other. And I love it. I love it. I love it.

It's Miller Time!

It's not very often I get asked to photograph animals, but in the very rare occasion I do, it's probably some of the most fun I have.

But today was extra special. Just a couple of days ago Brittany, Dave and Brittany welcomed a new addition to their family.....Miller, an English Bulldog.

He is seriously cute. I mean SERIOUSLY cute! And so chill too. I own a Jack Russell, so you can understand how different it was for me to see this calm little guy.

The GORGEOUS Krystie

The first time I met Krystie she knocked me out. She towered over me. She was flawless with big beautiful eyes and amazing, thick black hair. She's a stunner.

And it seems the modelling industry had that same reaction. Krystie is not only a very talented make-up artist with her own very successful business http://krystieann.com/ but she is now a plus sized model (which amazes me, because she doesn't look plus sized to me!).

Krystie and I went around downtown Barrie snapping photo after photo. We even went splashing around in the fountain at City Hall (don't tell the Mayor!) She's a pro! After every click, she gave me something new. It was so much fun to shoot something different.

Krystie, I know you're going to rock the modelling world and I can't wait to see you on the catwalk!!!

Karen and Jason are married!!!

Wedding days are my absolute favourite. Karen and Jason's wedding is a prime example of why I love them so much. It's because you can feel the love, the excitement and the amazing energy.

Karen was radiant on her wedding day. Having fun with her bridesmaids and goofing around with me as I took her photos. She was so excited to be getting married to the love of her life.

Jason, on the other hand, was so nervous! He is the quiet one in the couple, and Karen is the one that can bring him out.

As Karen walked down the aisle on her father's arm, Jason started to tear up, that made Karen cry. You could feel the passion in that little room. When Jason finally had Karen, you could see he felt complete.

I loved their wedding. I loved their chemistry. I love this couple.

Ashley Looking Sexy!

This is an idea I really hope catches on. It's brilliant, if you ask me.

My Bride Ashley is marrying her mechanic fiancee in October, and what better gift to give a mechanic than a sexy calendar. So, Ashley thought she should be the calendar hanging in his shop! Love it! The night before their wedding Shawn will open this sweet present!

So, we spent the day with the amazing Krystie Ann http://krystieann.com who did her hair and make-up and did some really cool, sexy shots around my house. I couldn't believe how quiet Ashley turned into Sex Kitten Ashley. It made for a really fun day with my head spinning with creative ideas.

The Bride and Me

I just finished editing the photos from Karen and Jason's amazing Gibson Centre wedding and I came across a photo I completely forgot about! I had to share it becuase I love that the Matron of Honour asked if she could take a photo of me and the Bride.

Karen is one of those Brides....no, one of those people, you instantly like. She's fun and bubbly....my kind of girl. And she was radiant with love, beauty and fun and happiness on her wedding day.
